Bella Hadid Reveals 'Embarrassment' Over Cannes

While a picture can tell a 1,000 words, it can't tell them all, as Bella Hadid has alluded to.

The model recently disclosed that, while a red carpet appearance at the 2016 Cannes Film Festival might have gone viral, placed in recent fashion history, became lauded as a 'water cooler conversation topic of the moment' and 'possibly, the sexiest dress of all time', she didn't actually feel super comfortable at the time.

'So this is apparently a very iconic red dress moment,' Hadid told Vogue. 'I was nervous in this dress.'

The dress in question - one which Hadid agrees is 'gorgeous' - was a plunging, spaghetti strapped red carpet gown with a waist-high side slit designed by Alexandre Vaulthier, which Hadid wore to the premier of The Unknown Girl (La Fille Inconnue).

'I look very sexual in all these things,' Hadid continued. 'I was still nervous about cameras and having a lot of make-up on and nervous about this slit. Thank god, I think there was [only] one little slip that happened.
